Samuel Kofi Nartey
Before joining Law Plus, Samuel worked at Ashong Benjamin & Associates as a junior associate where he worked on a number of corporate transactions in banking, energy, mining and oil & gas sectors . He also worked as legal officer at Merson Capital Ltd, a transaction advisory firm in Accra where he advised on the financial restructuring and capital raise for statutory corporations and private companies. He has also provided research assistance to Professor Henrietta Mensa-Bonsu, Dr. Peter Atupare, and Maame Abensa Mensa-Bonsu on various publications.
He was an adjunct lecturer at Lancaster University Ghana, where he taught Equity and Succession and the Law of Evidence. He currently manages the Ghana Law Hub, an online law magazine and Changing Lives Endowment Fund, an NGO that provides support and mentoring programmes for youths in Ghana.
He holds Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degrees from the University of Ghana. He qualified as a Solicitor & Barrister of the Supreme Court of Ghana in 2017.
